At Mardi Mercredi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure that all items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  Submit a Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
